Overall, this is a film you should see for its outstanding visuals. Okazaki's character designs are simply astonishing, full of great moments of fun and action that will keep you hooked throughout the entirety of the film.

It never takes itself too seriously and makes for a riveting visual experience for Batman fans. An entire section in the middle is done in beautiful seemingly handpainted watercolour reminiscent of old Japanese paintings.Other than the amazing Grey DeLisle as Catwoman, the English voice dub is so-so, as was the dialogue. It ultimately did not hinder my experience and I had a wonderful time with this nonetheless.
